Why delay bubbles appear after a period of time?
In the past few days,several new customers sent feedback to us that they often got delay bubbles one or two days later after lamination with vacuum OCA lamination machine,which is really annoying.But why?Is the technician not so familiar with lamination technique?Or is lamination really that difficult?However,these are not the real reason because the air bubbles didn't appear immediately,but after a period of time.
Actually temperature and the quality of OCA glue are the key of perfect lamination.If OCA glue is exposed to the air for a long time,temperature and humidity will slowly affect the quality of OCA glue.Also OCA glue has a shelf life.The greater the temperature change,the bigger quality change the OCA glue gets.After being pressed by strong pressure by vacuum OCA laminating machine and air bubble remover machine,the air bubbles can be removed,but after a period of time,the delay bubbles will appear if lamination with the spoiled or poor quality OCA glue.
So please make sure not to let the OCA glue exposed to the air for a long time.The best way to save is to seal the OCA glue on the fresh-keeping layer of refrigerator.Of course,it needs to be sealed during storage to prevent the moisture in the refrigerator from entering the OCA glue.
