What are the precautions for using OCAMaster LCD/OLED screen refurbishing machine?
1. It is prohited to use undergrounded wires or inferior power strip, to avoid damage to the equipment.
2. It is prohited to be near fire sources, and inflammables for this equipment.
3. It is prohited to operate the equipment with wet hands.
4. Children are prohibited from approching and operating the equipment.
5. It is prohited to place the vacuum pump oil in places accessible to children, to avoid eating by mistakes.
6. It is prohited to use highly corrosive clearner for cleaning.
7. Please check and make sure the screen is working before lamination, if the phone is broken and can not laminate by machine.
8. Before operation, please make sure there is no foreign matter in the lamination chamber.
9. When filling vacuum pump oil, the oil level should be between the min and max.
10. Vacuum pump oil is volatile liquid, please tighten the cover after use.
11. For purpose of good effect, it is recommended that you regularly check the oil volume of the vacuum pump. When the oil level is below the min marking line, you must add oil. When you find that the oil is turbid, it is recommended to replace it with new vacuum pump oil.
12. During the operation of the machine, there will be a slight vibration and a small amount of smoke, which is normal during the operation of the vacuum pump.
13. If the machine is not used for long time, please plug out the power plug from the socket, and protect against moisture and dust.
14. When the vacuum pump oil is used up, you can buy vacuum pump oil locally, it also called engine oil, do not add gasoline and diesel to avoid damage to the equipment.
