How to use vacuum OCA lamination machine properly ?
As an important equipment in the LCD/OLED screen refurbishing industry, vacuum laminator machine will be purchased by many mobile phone repair shops, but many technician don’t have experience for how to operate the OCA lamination machine properly. If operation incorrectly, maybe have some problems. The most critical step is laminating screen by using vacuum laminating machines. Although there are many styles of vacuum laminating machines on the market, the overall structure and operation are similar. OCAMaster will share some tips on vacuum laminating machine with OM friends.
1. Make sure the OCA film Applicator perfectly.
The bonding of the dry glue must be bubble-free, or non-foaming, even if the manual lamination has bubbles, it needs to be placed in the defoaming machine for defoaming
2. Make sure the glass is cleaning
Sometimes the screen after lamiantion is not perfect, the reason may be that the glass is not cleaned, such as dust, etc., so when laminate the glass, we have to check whether the glass is clean and the screen whether the OCA is free of impurities, if any, you can use alcohol to clean it.
3. Alignment operation
After the glass is alignment on the mold, the finger only needs to gently press the middle area of the glass to place the aligned glass in the middle area of the laminating machine for lamination. After the lamination is completed, put the glass into the debubble charmber to remove bubbles. (Note: The well-positioned hlass should not be exposed to the air for too long, otherwise it will affect the lamination effect)
4. The choice of OCA
The reason for delay bubble, it is OCA glue, so it is also critical to choose good quality OCA glue. Inframe lamination, we recommend OCAMaster 250UM In-Frame Hybrid OCA Glue, Outframe lamination, we recommend 150UM Out-Frame Hybrid OCA Glue.
